Hal Perry is the PC Party representative for District 27, Tignish-Palmer Road.
Hal is happiest when he is volunteering and helping others within his community. He has displayed his commitment to community through his volunteer roles with PEI 4-H, Special Olympics PEI, Home & School Associations and various festival and winter carnival committees.

Hal is passionate about representing the needs and concerns of the people who live and work within his district and is not afraid to take on the task of acting as a strong political voice on their behalf.
His main focus is on the primary industries, especially the fisheries. Hal recognizes that there are many fishers who use the four harbors in district 27, who could benefit from support, marketing and promotion, as well as a new approach to making bait more affordable and readily available.
Hal believes there is great potential for growth in the communities of District 27, and is dedicated to working with community and business leaders to establish the infrastructure required to promote new employment opportunities within these communities.
